-With an onboard experience as Pastry Chef or equivalent is a plus factor.
– With experience in any 4-5 star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant.
-With extensive knowledge in all pastry competencies.
-With strong knowledge in formulas concerning starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs and flavorings.
-With ability to prepare and train others in fruit coulis preparation and show-pieces.
With one year on board experience in position applied and preferably on the same type of ship/vessel
