Please be informed that the Bureau of Immigration has released an advisory dated March 30, 2023,

on the full-scale implementation of the e-Travel System form (Electronic Travel Declaration System).

It is MANDATORY that ALL PASSENGERS that will depart from the Philippines, commencing on April 15, 2023,

must  register at https://etravel.gov.ph.

ARRIVING passengers must register within seventy-two (72) hours from the scheduled time of arrival up to actual arrival into the country;

likewise, for DEPARTING passengers, they must register within seventy-two (72) hours up to not later than three (3) hours from the scheduled

time of departure from the country.
