Aside from the 75,000 jobs pledged by the Carnival Cruise, another 10,000 jobs await Filipino mariners, this time to be provided by the Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line. According to Miguel Rocha, president and CEO of CF Sharp Crew Management Inc, which is the Philippine hiring partner of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd., the company would add another 10,000 crew over the next five years to satisfy the demand from their new building program delivered for all their brands, NCL, Oceania, and Regent 7 Seas.
