In line with International Women’s Day and March being Women’s month, the Association of Licensed Manning Agencies Maritime Group (ALMA) would like to honor exceptional Women who are actively serving onshore and offshore within your company.

On behalf of CF Sharp Crew Management, Inc. I would like to nominate Ms. Arianne Blanche San Pedro as an exceptional woman in the Philippine seafaring industry. A maritime industry veteran, Arianne organizes and heads the CF Sharp Seafarers Wives Association which provides support services, and offers training and education, while building communities throughout the country. Recognizing that the safety and well being of every seafarer rests in a stable family environment back home, Arianne’s work and wholistic approach is critical in supporting women to meet the unique demands place on seafaring families. To date, Arianne has reached more than 2000 wives and family’s members through her outreach program
